What exactly is a credit?
A credit is spent only on AI actions — rendering or reconstructing. The amount depends on the model tier you reach for, from 2 credits for a basic model up to 10 for a frontier model or a 3D reconstruction from a photo. Drafting, modeling, and site analysis never cost credits.
What are model tiers?
Each tier is a different class of AI model. Higher tiers reach more capable models for harder scenes and finer detail. Your plan sets which tiers you can access; the credit cost reflects the tier, not a quality slider.
What happens when I run out of credits?
On a paid plan you can top up anytime with credit packs (100 credits for $5) or upgrade. On Free, rendering pauses until your monthly credits reset — the rest of the studio keeps working.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. One project, the full 2D + 3D + site toolset, and 40 credits a month, with no card required and no time limit. It’s built to design a real project start to finish.
Can I cancel or change plans anytime?
Anytime, in two clicks. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
Who owns my designs and files?
You do. Your projects, models, and renders are yours to export and keep. We never use your work to train models or sell it on.
